Eastisoft’ technical team is divided into a Project Management department and Software Development department.  All software experts are qualified technology specialists and fluent English speakers.

Deyan Vassilev
Chief Executive Officer
Deyan has a 8+ years of professional client service and project management experience. Deyan has several years of experience as a management consultant/business adviser with PricewaterhouseCoopers Bulgaria where he has carried out audit/due-diligence and consultancy work for a number of multinational companies and financial institutions in Bulgaria. Deyan has a Microsoft Certified Professional certificate, MCP. He is also a Certified Accountant with the British Institute of Certified Accountants, ACCA. Currently he is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM). Formerly, Deyan was on the Board of Trustees of the American University in Bulgaria.

Ruslan Kiskinov
Chief Technical Officer
Ruslan has 12+ years as a software developer. He holds a Master’s degree in Radiophysics from the Sofia University and has a Certificate in Robotics from the Technical University in Sofia. Ruslan has proficiency in Rational Unified Process; UML; Extreme Programming; Microsoft .NET C#/VB.NET, Visual Studio 6; MS SQL Server 7/2000; MS OLAP; Sharepoint Portal Server 2003; MS Access 2-2000; MS Office VBA Programming, as well as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Page Maker, and CorelDRAW.

Nickolay Datchev
Head of R&D and Quality Assurance
Nickolay has 8 years of work experience in software development.  He holds a MSc in Computer Technologies from Technical University in Sofia. Nickolay is proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic 6, ASP, .NET Framework: Visual Basic .NET, C#, ASP.NET; XSLT, HTML and Javascript.

Kamen Kanev
Project Manager
Kamen joined Eastisoft team as a Quality Assurance but soon he took up the responsibilities of Project Manager. He has 8 years of experience in the company and another 1 year of internship experience in sales. Kamen holds a BA degree in International Business from the University of Rousse. He speaks fluent English and has a working knowledge of French and Russia.
Kamen has gained throughout his career excelence in the following areas:

- online marketing;
- SEO;
- team management;
- online application forms and work-flows.
He is currently CEO of www.moitepari.bg and COO of Finzoom Financial Guide Network.
